Formatting Guidelines
Please submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word with the suggested structure. The text should be formatted in letter size paper (8.5 x 11 inches), single-spaced at 10 points, Times New Roman, one-inch margins, left-justified, and single-column.

Title
The title should be concise, descriptive, and contain the keywords or key phrases. Search engines assume that the title includes all-important words that describe the topic of the manuscript.
Abstract
The abstract should not exceed 200 words. It should contain all the keywords and key phrases at least once and more than once if necessary. Since most researchers read the abstract before reading the manuscript, the abstract must be well-written.
Keywords
Select a maximum of 6 keywords or key phrases that would give the search engine clues to find your manuscript. Avoid using general and plural terms, abbreviations, and non-descript words such as and, of, or, the, and so on.
Introduction
The introduction should provide a clear statement of the problem and enough background information. At the end of the opening or in a separate section, the analysis goals should emphasize.
Literature review
The literature review should discuss the previous theoretical and empirical studies, which become the basis of the current studies. The authors are encouraged to review recent articles from reputable journals. Where applicable, the model and hypothesis development should be developed and presented.
Research Method
The methods should provide sufficient details of the instrument used and the procedures conducted to allow the work to be repeated by others.
Results and Discussion
The results should be presented in a logical sequence. The results should be discussed in relation to every hypothesis mentioned in the introduction and objectives. Comment on the results and indicate possible sources of errors. Compare your work to other works reported in the literature review. Refer to figures and tables by number. The discussion must emphasize a clear explanation of the application of the research finding for business practice.
Conclusion
The main conclusions of the research should be presented. Limitations and recommendations for future research should be discussed.
Acknowledgement
Where applicable, the source of financial support must be acknowledged. The technical assistance may also be acknowledged.
Tables & Figures
Tables, figures, etc., are placed where they belong. Tables and figures should be located in the text and numbered sequentially using Arabic numerals, i.e., Table 1 and Figure 1. When necessary, the author can use color.
Abbreviations
Abbreviations should be defined at the first-mentioned and used consistently after that.
Footnotes
Wesuggest the author do not use footnotes but use endnotes instead.
References
References should be arranged alphabetically and follow American Psychological Association (APA 6th) style. References should not be inserted as footnotes. References in the text should include name and year. For example: “According to Sumeru et al. (2014)…”
